1.  Airport Pick-up service
From 2th Feb to 3th Feb, we offer [Airport Pick-up] in the Incheon Airport. Those who want to use Pick-up service should participate Google survey below until 31th Jan.

2. Visa
Some exchange students come to Korea early and then left Korea temporarily for trip etc. But if exchange student lefts abroad from Korea before ARC is issued, he/she needs to issue new visa.
So please be noted that exchange students, who come to Korea, should not go abroad before their ARCs are issued.

3. Deadline for Insurance
All the students who don't submit insurance documents must submit the document till 31th Jan via email. (email : 603661@korea.ac.kr)
The insurance should cover (1) all the period that students plan to stay and (2) all diseases and injuries.
